We now have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and practical construction and landscaping professional to join our Victorian team on a full-time basis as our newest Construction Coordinator. We have an office in Bayswater, VIC but are open to you working from home. We’ll even provide you with all the tools you need to set up your home office.
How the benefits stack up
This role comes with an attractive salary circa $80,000 - $90,000 PLUS super and a performance bonus (negotiable based on your skills and experience).

Whilst the majority of the work is located within the Greater Melbourne area, you'll also be required to travel around Victoria, visiting job sites and engaging with various stakeholders. As such, we will provide you with a work vehicle and help you set up your home office if needed to ensure you have all the necessary equipment to thrive in this role

The building blocks of this role
Your key responsibility will be to coordinate and deliver playground and fitness area construction projects throughout Victoria. You will provide technical support to the Project Consultants and Design team and our clients throughout the state.

Core duties:

- Develop a knowledge and understanding of the relevant Australian Playground & Outdoor Fitness Standards;
- Provide technical support to the Project Consultants, Design Team, sub-contractors and clients to ensure a highly professional project installation service;
- Coordinate and oversee the construction schedule in Victoria and any sub-contractors engaged in working on projects;
- Maintain project records and requirements in line with procedures, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our projects; and
- Ensure all procedures are adhered to, and a safe worksite is established and maintained.

You will also complete minor repairs, installations, and site work when required.
The blueprints of this role
To thrive in this highly autonomous role, you will possess demonstrated skills and experience working in construction or landscaping. If you are an experienced landscaper or builder looking to step away from the tools, this is the perfect role for you.

Although not essential, a forklift licence is highly regarded. If you don't have a forklift licence, that's okay We'll put you through the training you need to get your licence.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with solid time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in one go. You will have the skills to work effectively with many stakeholders, including builders, landscapers, site managers and clients. You will have strong interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal English.

You will also be required to possess and maintain a clean Drivers' Licence and a White Card.

Moreover, you will be a calm and level-headed individual with a strong willingness to learn and further develop your skills.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
