About the role
As our Program Officer - Post Education, you will oversee and manage the post-education phase for participants in the fast-paced and rapidly growing PEP Standard, PEP Specialist, and Fellowship Support Program. Reporting to the Team Lead - PEP Specialist and Post Education, you will monitor participant progress, coordinate deliverables, and maintain accurate databases while fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**As our Program Officer - Post Education, you'll also**:
track and monitor participants' post-education requirements and progress.
coordinate administrative processes, ensuring accurate data management.
act as the primary contact for post-education-related queries.
collaborate with RACGP departments to support participant progress, ensuring timely completion of course requirements.
coordinate with finance and support teams to address payments, updates, and participant inquiries.

Skills & Experience
Strong program implementation and administrative skills.
Experience in data management and stakeholder collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
