About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join our team at JPS Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from pre-construction phase to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, including site inspections and project meetings
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and certifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong background in construction administration, preferably with experience in multi-res apartments, commercial fit outs, or industrial builds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • A positive attitude toward learning and growing within the business
What We Offer
