About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our residential building projects in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered safely and on budget.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinating and overseeing all construction activities, including subcontractors and suppliers
  • Managing all site supervisors and in-house construction staff
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Communicating regularly with contractors, stakeholders, and the project team
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
  • Australia work authorization
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
