**About the role**:
We are looking to hire a versatile and motivated full time **Operations Executive** based on a 12-month Parental Leave Contract to support in day-to-day administrative tasks for the general office, departments and executive team.
- Support AST’s administrative/reception team functions, ensuring processes and standards are met, reports generated, and tasks completed in a timely manner.
- Provide cover for AST Reception during the work week and/or when leave is required.
- Support the repair, service, maintenance, security, and general upkeep of the Mulgrave site.
- Support office procedures and systems within AST, including AST Academy, End of Year Closure and Opening, Price Increases.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and line managers at AST to ensure effective completion of processes related to onboarding, parental leave and offboarding.
- Support the CI program and manage reporting on project statuses and provide regular minutes from meetings.
- Manager AST order forms to align with pricing updates, new and discontinued products, new brands and different target markets.
- Support AST Customer Service team functions, ensuring processes and standards are met when required.
- Assist departments for various internal AST events, both onsite and offsite.
- Projects and tasks as required by the senior management team (department heads or higher).

- Strong commitment to deliver good customer service.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in SAP and/or Microsoft Teams software.
- Experience in Reception and/or Customer Service settings.
