**About the organisation**

South West TAFE (SWTAFE) is a nationally-recognised education provider based in a thriving regional setting, in the heart of Victoria's Great Ocean Road region, with campuses in Warrnambool, Hamilton, Portland and Colac. To support the organisation, we seek an Executive Manager, Corporate Services for a 12 month parental leave position contract.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of South West TAFE’s corporate services including capital and minor works, audit/risk, RTO governance and ICT including business analytics.

**About the role**

The Executive Manager, Corporate Services will oversee six direct and 40 indirect reports and a capital and operational budget of approximately $40million. Specifically, the role will:

- Support and enable your management team, ensuring they have the tools and resources necessary to deliver their division’s planned remit in line with the TAFE’s strategic plan.
- Provide communication and leadership, with regular reporting to the CEO (and Board), working closely with the executive leadership team and your direct and indirect team members.
- Engage with key stakeholders of SWTAFE and prioritising and managing their needs taking into consideration SWTAFE’s best interests.
- Ensure key projects are delivered in time, on budget to specification.

**About you**

You will be a proven executive, accomplished and capable in a broad corporate services role, within a large organisation to understand the remit of key divisions and the processes necessary to deliver. With tertiary and advanced qualifications in business, commerce, property or IT/Analytics, you possess a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, implement strategic plans, and deliver results. A supportive executive you will bring outstanding communication skills and the ability to ensure continuity and stability is achieved for the coming year.
