About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team on a 12 month parental leave contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing best practice HR advice on a variety of people-related matters.
  • Support the People and Culture Managers and the WHS Manager with more complex employee relations and WHS matters, ensuring our workplace is safe, compliant, and conducive to professional growth.
About You

You are a proactive HR professional with 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the financial services industry.

Your deep understanding of core HR principles, Australian employment law, and experience in employee relations will be essential in this role.

You excel in communication, relationship building, and have a keen eye for detail, allowing you to influence and support People Leaders effectively.
