As our People Business Partner, you will join our broader people team and support the operations business both in VIC and SA in providing world class employee experiences which is underpinned by our Aurecon DNA in driving a high-performance and inclusive culture. You will support our leaders to engage and retain diverse talent to enable our people to achieve their potential. Your role will include;
- Liaise with our wider, shared services, recruitment, mobility, talent development and remuneration teams to provide a great client experience to our business
- Support the wider People Team nationally with employee experience strategy implementation and projects

As well as experience in a similar People Business partnering role. Specifically:

- A Human Resources professional who actively pursues continuous learning and is passionate about improving client experience through the support of People policies and procedures
- You will also need a relevant HR qualification and strong HR generalist experience
- Previous experience using Workday is highly advantageous
- Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic global organisation
- Strengths in consulting & managing internal and external relationships, able to influence and deliver positive experiences at all levels of business.
