**What's so exciting about this role?**
This is a faced-paced role where you will support our CFO and CIO with high end administrative support while assisting to manage internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, auditors, banks investors and advisors. The role requires a very high level of confidentiality, integrity, initiative, sensitivity, attendtion to detail and a high level of professionalism and maturity.
**What Does An Average Day Look Like?**
No day is average at **humm **but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:
- Annual coordination and planning of board and regulatory calendars
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and board presentations (this requires a high level of written communication skills and very high attention to detail)
- Preparation of documentation as requested including letters, PowerPoint presentations, Excel tables and worksheets. This will include all aspects of document preparation including printing, copying, collation, binding, and distribution
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. This involves developing effective networks and keeping the Executives across any matters that may impact them
- Organising internal and external meetings, workshops and conferences, as well as the logistics management of all hands department meetings
- Organising and managing travel arrangements. Assisting with the planning and logistics for investor meetings, external client tours and general support to members of the department
- Assisting with the processing of invoices and expenses

- Proven experience engaging with board members of a listed company
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Proven expereince and enjoys coordinating board/committee papers
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- High level of organisation, planning and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver outcomes with mínimal direction and supervision
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship managment skills
