**Your #lifeatwellnesspet**
As the Customer Development Manager in E-commerce, you will be at the heart of our digital sales strategy. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team to lead digital consumer acquisition activities, building brand share online. If you're a seasoned sales professional with a passion for digital success, ready to make an impact and shape the trajectory of our brands, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.
**What You’ll Accomplish**
- Drive revenue growth and acquire new customers in the e-commerce sector.
- Own and manage key e-commerce accounts, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute e-commerce-specific trade marketing campaigns focused on driving sales, brand visibility, and penetration.
- Drive consumer acquisition, retention, and growth through the deployment of best-in-class digital marketing programs that provide a seamless consumer experience online, including managing CRM, and/or loyalty programs
- Implement programs with a clear focus on measurable ROI, continuously analyzing and optimizing strategies for enhanced sales performance. Ensure the consumer’s online journey is consistent with Wellness's global brand standards and strategy; leverage best-in-class digital activation techniques to create a compelling online brand presence.
- Proactively identify and target emerging players in the e-commerce sector, negotiate agreements, and develop onboarding strategies for sustained sales growth.
- Lead the development of the Company’s regional e-commerce strategy and channel roadmap
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of customer initiatives and the delivery of exceptional service.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within e-commerce customer organizations, as well as stay abreast of regional industry trends.
**Who We’re Looking For**
Team Wellie is a group of people who are truly obsessed with all the best ways to win for the consumer and the pets they love. And so, we are seeking an individual who:
- Is consumer focused on all they do
- Continually challenge themselves to go the extra mile to get the job done, and ensure it’s done the right way as opposed to the easy way
- Hold themselves and others accountable
- Embraces continual development through the sharing of feedback and investment in learning opportunities.
- Is a true collaborator, sharing resources, and engages in healthy debate
- Celebrates differences and strives to learn from others who are different from themselves
- Gives back to their community and supports sustainable practices
In addition, for this specific role, we need someone who possesses:
- Minimum of 5 years of key account management experience with a focus on e-commerce, showcasing strong customer relationship skills.
- Significant experience in successfully managing the e-commerce channel for an FMCG brand, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving revenue growth.
- Proven track record in e-commerce trade marketing, specifically in growing trial, penetration, and brand visibility online.
- Strong leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset, ensuring successful execution of customer initiatives and exceptional service delivery.
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, fostering a unified approach that aligns marketing efforts with sales goals.
**Why Work for Wellness Pet**
We care about the wellbeing of our people, their families, and their pets. The Wellness Pet Company is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
