Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Busways Group. This is a full-time, onsite role providing phone support with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Busways Group is a leading provider of bus services in Western Sydney, the North Shore and West, Central Coast, and North Coast regions. With over 80 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering quality customer service, stakeholder engagement, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Customer Feedback: Respond to complaints, investigate issues internally, and ensure resolution is achieved.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records in company systems and close the loop with customers.
  • Communication: Monitor and respond to Cooee Busways' On-Demand transport service via SMS and in-app messaging, as well as communicate with drivers through a two-way communication system.
Requirements
  • Critical Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Technical Requirements: Proficient in MS Office and other technology, with a NSW driver's license and Australian citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
