Ferring + You
You will be responsible for providing business analysis and insights based in internal and external secondary and primary data; to identify business needs and opportunities, evaluate the results/success of commercial and brand strategies; and champion insights and data driven decision-making.
Your day at Ferring
- Develop a deep understanding of the organisation's products/services, target market segments, and competitive landscape.
- Calculate, develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure Ferring Product performance indicators.
- Calculate and measures territory and TM/KAM sales productivity according to sales objectives, growth, % market share, activity plans, call analysis, customer ratings and campaign initiatives.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Manage salesforce incentive plan and top-sales recognition criteria.
- Utilise all available data sources and analytics tools to generate actionable data driven insights on customer sales performance, behaviours, preferences and trends.
- Local ownership of CRM and Sales Excellence tools (OCE, MiPortal and PowerBI Dashboards), including data stewardship, ticket resolution and coordination of all tool activities
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to the dashboards/CRM system to ensure optimized performance, based on changing business requirements and feedback from users.
- Develop and maintain processes to design/implement standardized tools and methodologies aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Support commercial, medical and marketing teams in generating and interpreting customer insights to help inform and prioritise customer experience improvement initiatives.
- Partner with local, Regional and Global cross-functional teams on the development and delivery of effective omni-channel strategies

- Excellent computer skills, including advanced skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Think-Cell, Power BI, Datamart cubes and OLAP operations, etc.
- CRM implementation & operation experience
- Attention to detail, and an ability to process and understand market and sales data such as in-market and primary research, sales channel distribution, CRM activity.
- Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking skills to breakdown concepts, formulate project initiatives and complete outcome assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills including active listening skills and expertise in negotiations, Fluent in English (if not first language)
- Effective organisation skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities concurrently.
- Knowledgeable in Project Management Best Practices and RACI principles
- Educated to degree level; Relevant experience supersedes education requirement.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Eligibility to reside and work in Australia.
