**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track employee moves and changes for input to ADP Managed Service payroll on a monthly basis
- Serve as key contact for employees and Finance on payroll queries, including GL reconciliation, leave policy etc
- Maintain employee master data and records (contracts, letters, other documents) for complete personnel files ensuring compliance
- Perform system data reconciliations to ensure Workday, ADP & JDE alignment
- Maintain record of EHS controls and measures (including leader training, employee feedback etc.)
- Support business groups with risk assessments using Standard Operating Procedures
- Coordinate external training with 3rd party providers (eg. First aid certification, safe driving etc.)
- Maintain record of EHS controls and measures (including leader training, employee feedback etc.)
- Act as key contact for leaders and employees with HR queries (eg. policies, systems, benefits, forms etc.)
- Maintain own professional knowledge to ensure understanding of current and emerging employment, and workplace health and safety legislation
- Contribute to local and regional projects as required.

**Key Requirements of the role include**:

- Minimum 2 years in a Payroll and/or HR administration
- Sound knowledge of National Employment Standards and State based leave entitlements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or Management majoring in HR or related fields
- CertIV in Workplace Health & Safety (desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate and Mental Health First Aid (desirable)
- Highly organized, and process oriented with high attention to detail
- Advanced numerical reasoning
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Adopts a one-team mindset, and is quick to collaborate cross-functionally
- Has a ‘service orientation’
- Is agile and adept with prioritisation
- Enjoys autonomy
- Experience with WorkDay (desirable)
- Experience with ADP (inhouse or managed service desirable).
