**What You’ll Be Doing**

The HR Manager will form part of the ANZ Business Leadership team and work directly with the **Kidney Care business unit Leader /GM** to provide strategic support to achieve business unit goals in the areas of Culture, Leadership, Performance and Employee Engagement and Recognition. This role will play a critical role in both developing and delivering the People and Culture strategy to the business and building capability and managing high impact change to ultimately drive performance and growth.

Even though no two days will be alike but some of the responsibilities that you would be managing include:

- Partner with the senior leadership team providing advice on people and culture strategy and plans
- Participate in the APAC HR Leadership team and collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence across the region
- Understanding the business and external environment and contribute to the strategic direction of the unique business areas.
- Champion and drive culture initiatives to raise the profile of the company as a great place to work and deliver on Australian diversity, equity and inclusion goals and plans.
- Support the annual remuneration and bonus processes for Australian and New Zealand based employees. Provide salary benchmarking information and advice as required
- With a focus on capability, lead the talent mapping and succession planning process, oversee development plans for key people, high potentials, and lead talent management programs.
- Align people requirements and structure with business needs and developments
- Ensure HR processes are in place and leaders and managers are developing the required capabilities
- Provide Leadership to the business on HR trends that may affect the business
- Lead HR Calendar activities such as: Talent Review & Planning processes, Employee Engagement Surveys, Annual Compensation Review, annual headcount/payroll budget process
- Provide leadership expertise with organisational design and related restructures

**Do you have what it takes to build a career here?**
- Tertiary Qualifications in HR or a related discipline
- Strong leadership presence
- Ideally 6+ years’ experience in Human Resource Management
- Ability to give accurate and timely advice on HR policies and practices and the relevant Employment Laws across Australia and New Zealand
- Providing HR and employee relations advice in a complex environment
- Experience with influencing company culture and culture change programs
