**About the role**:
Work location: Bella Vista, Sydney, NSW
Reporting to: Commercial Director - Taste & AHN (Applied Health & Nutrition)

A great opportunity to join this high performing, fun and energetic team operating across Taste and Health ingredients. You will be driven by a genuine desire to build customer relationships and be authentic and positive in everything you approach. Being commercially astute with an excellent sales track record of execution and love of driving the numbers. You’ll do well if you are good at listening to understand the real and true needs of your customer.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage your sales coverage and pipeline growth by being a product expert on Kerry Taste and Health ingredients and communicating the Kerry value proposition.
- Responsible for delivering positive results on organic revenue growth, new business growth and margin targets.
- Identify and develop new relationships with customers selected for high growth potential for Kerry’s product portfolio.
- Negotiate, promote, and demonstrate product offerings to build and deliver a strong consistent pipeline.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Ability to analyse opportunities and construct a customer engagement strategy.
- Collaborate with peers and mentors to benefit from continuous development and sharing of best practices.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management within a complex multi-national organisation in Food Ingredients, Flavour House or Food Service.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and account management competencies plus knowledge of digital tools related to account management.
- Good understanding of the food and beverage industry within Australia.
- Experience in direct interaction with customers and decision makers at a senior level.
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships that include stakeholders of different cultures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or similar background is preferred.
