Cobra Waste Solutions is a family owned and operated company based in St Marys that specializes in providing exceptional and reliable bin hire services across Sydney.
**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, technically minded individual looking to begin a career in Customer Service or kick start or reignite your career in administration. You may be in a similar role, or you could be within the retail and customer service industry looking to take the next step in an administration career.
You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing effective administrative and office services support to facilitate the smooth operation of the business unit.
Database and product training will be provided. Shift times will be between Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times as the first point of contact for the business
- Communicate with our Truck Drivers regarding customer jobs
- Ensure an adequate amount of office supplies and keeping an eye on stock levels
**Your skills and experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role or office environment is preferable
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in data entry and customer maintenance is preferable
- Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Comfortable with using equipment such as computers, printers etc.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
