This is a unique administration opportunity with a focus on Finance - we are looking for an experienced office professional to join us and make this role your own

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with the smooth running of finance and administration tasks at the St Mary’s site
- Using the finance system (FinOps) for all purchasing, invoicing, debtor’s collection and general accruals
- Liaising with subcontractors as well as internal stakeholders
- Ensuring operational data capture and reporting across all systems is timely and accurate
- Working closely with colleagues to resolve PO or invoice queries
- Continuous improvement of all administration processes

**Who you are**:

- You’re an excel whizz. You are confident in creating pivot tables, formulas and reports (essential)
- You’re a great communicator, with the ability to engage and inform
- You’re confident in your ability and the way that you work - time management, organisational skills and role ownership are instilled in you
- You have prior finance software experience (we use FinOps) and pride yourself on data accuracy
- Tertiary qualifications in an administration, finance or accounting field would be advantageous but not essential
