We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse/Office Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career, thrive in a dual function and stand-alone role. Our client is a global leader within the design and manufacturing industry and supply to over 100 countries worldwide. If successful, you will be reporting directly to the general manager and become a vital part of the daily operations of the company. **Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Creating/receiving purchase orders and returns
- Adjusting, purchasing and controlling inventory
- Processing invoices and credit card payments
- Data entry - processing, inputting orders into database
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Matching sales orders
- Other Adhoc duties

**To be successful for the role, you will need the following**:

- Previous experience within an administration/inventory role
- Willingness to learn accounts receivable/payable, if not already experienced
- Knowledge of AX database is desirable but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated and reliable
