**Alliance Wellness Group (Head Office)**:
Our Finance team are part of TotalFusion Australia’s head office which is based out of our TotalFusion Morningside location. This position will be based out of head office.

Alliance Wellness Group is the ‘umbrella’ under which TotalFusion Australia exists. The head office team strive to provide high level support, resources, development and progression across all TotalFusion locations and teams.

Whichever location our employees belong to, they have an entire support system backing them.

**Your Impact**:

- **Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable**: Manage and process invoices, payments, and billing transactions promptly and accurately.
- **XERO Software**: Utilise your expertise in XERO software to maintain financial records, generate reports, and reconcile accounts efficiently.
- **Payroll System Functions**: Assist in payroll processing, including data entry, verification, and addressing any related inquiries or discrepancies / reporting to People and Culture Manager.
- **Financial Bookkeeping**: Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- **Administrative Functions**: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, XERO software, payroll system functions, and financial bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Australian Citizen or permanent working rights without restriction
