This is an exciting opportunity to support Partners, Managers, and team members in delivering exceptional client services. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest quality standards for both client documents and data.

  • You will be responsible for liaising with clients, gathering essential documentation for tax returns and financial statements, and contributing to corporate compliance by managing ASIC documentation and lodgements.
  • You will assist the team in managing email correspondence, handling client inquiries, and ensuring timely responses.
  • You will complete general administrative duties such as binding, photocopying, scanning, collating documents, saving documents to internal document management system, and data entry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as an Admin/Client Services Officer in a Chartered or Public Accounting firm (highly desirable) or professional services firm
  • 2 years + administration experience
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Quality time management skills - Ability to manage peaks and troughs in workflow
  • Superior organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with accounting office software packages and/or the capacity to learn
  • Initiative and a willingness to learn
