**Our Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, the purpose of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Alliance partners to drive sales and revenue growth for the Health Insurance business. You will be responsible for understanding partner needs, developing tailored solutions to meet those needs, developing partner marketing plans, executing marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for cross-selling other AU services, maintain all sales and commission reports. You will have a pro-active and customer focused approach to maintaining existing partnerships, driving commercial discussions, relationship management and engaging relevant stakeholders to support building profitable partnerships.

This will include:

- Be the primary contact for any partner questions, marketing requirements, sales support, or concerns.
- Develop strategic marketing plans for all tier one partners.
- Identify demand generation opportunities with existing partners.
- Understand client needs and objectives to tailor solutions and offerings accordingly.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts.
- Develop long-term account strategies to drive sustainable growth and value for both the client and AU.
- Develop strong professional relationships with Alliance partners to co-ordinate initiatives that drive new sales.
- Work closely with Senior Manager Direct Sales - Retail to identify sales opportunities (ie. Offsites, conferences, etc) within existing accounts.

**About You**:
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following experience/capabilities
- Sales intuition and ability to drive sales growth.
- Build high functioning relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast past and challenging environment.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Relationship Management experience with demonstrable results.
- Previous account management experience or marketing experience will be looked upon highly.
