Join a renowned international technology company celebrated for its vibrant work culture and engaging, fast-paced environment. This exciting opportunity is for a Post-sales Consultant to contribute to the success of the team on a one-year contract with potential for extension.

**Your new role**
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction after implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and technical teams to address client concerns and challenges.
- Take ownership of post-implementation client relationships, fostering a positive client experience.
- Play a pivotal role in resolving any issues that may arise, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset.
- While not directly accountable for sales, contribute to business development by understanding client needs and collaborating with the business development team.
- Leverage technical background to comprehend and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a Post-sales Consultant or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to collaborate with Solution Architects, SMEs, and technical teams to address client requirements.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
- Technical background with the capacity to understand and communicate technical aspects to diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing client concerns
