**Sales Consultant **to join our team based in Sydney, NSW full-time.

We have a team of skilled sales consultants and sales support who are dedicated to understanding each customers’ unique needs and providing personalised solutions to meet their requirements.

**Sales Consultant** to expand and join our team to grow professionally and collaboratively in Sydney.

**The Role**:

- Greet and engage with customers visiting our display homes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong rapport with potential buyers.
- Educate customers about our client’s products, features, and customization options.
- Conduct guided tours of our display homes, highlighting key selling points.
- Assist customers in selecting the right home design and upgrades to meet their needs and budget.
- Prepare and present pricing and contract information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.
- Proven experience in a F2F selling role and doing B2C
- Previous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required
- Previous experience or interest in car sales, financial services, or building industry is advantageous
