**About the Role**
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the Sales Consultant is a key business contributor whose primary role is to drive business growth via a customer and solution focused approach. The Sales consultant, based out of our Sydney CBD office, will be responsible for handling sales inquiries and educating customers on Splends unique and industry leading products and benefits.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for progressing potential customers through the sales pipeline from inquiry to subscription, working closely with the Operations team to ensure an exciting and engaging process for our customer, finding them a product and solution that fits their unique situation. Other responsibilities of the role will look like this:

- The ability to focus on the desired result, by setting challenging goals, whilst meeting or exceeding them.

- Great customer service skills with a customer outcome driven focus and approach.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Comfortable working alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu the week following).

**Please note**:_Rostered weekend work is a mandatory requirement of the role. On rostered weekends, (Saturday / Sunday) employees will receive a rostered day off on the following Monday/Tuesday respectively._**
