As the National Sales Manager, you'll shape a nascent market, reporting directly to the Head of Overseas Business. Craft a tailored sales strategy, cultivate pivotal customer relationships, and orchestrate promotional endeavors to amplify brand recognition across Australia. You'll be instrumental in fortifying the brand's standing within the Consumer Goods & Retail sector, all from the convenience of your home office.

This role places you at the forefront as the sole ambassador, with potential for team expansion as the brand gains traction in Australia. Immerse yourself in the company ethos and culture through travel to China for onboarding and factory visits, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the expansion of a Chinese Energy Drink company in Australia, collaborating with notable celebrities and global competition athletes.
- Develop and execute a targeted regional sales strategy to penetrate the distinctive Australian market, exceeding ambitious sales targets and fostering business triumph.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, with a focus on acquiring key accounts within Australia to drive revenue growth.
- Devise and execute promotional initiatives to elevate brand recognition and esteem within the Australian Consumer Goods & Retail landscape.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of the Australian market.

- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Chinese language advantageous.
- Ability to operate autonomously and strategically from a home office, showcasing self-drive and exceptional time management.
- Established history of enhancing brand reputation and awareness in a competitive market environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
