- Our client is a privately owned company focused on providing highest quality agrochemicals to the Australian agricultural market. A young company with and exciting growth strategy supported by shareholders with a wealth of agricultural market history and experience. _

**_About the role _**
- The National Sales Manager through experience and knowledge of the high value Australian agricultural industry, will seek to identify profitable product opportunities and build on the existing revenue and profit base of the company. _

**_Main Responsibilities _**
- _Setting of sales and financial budgets in conjunction with General Manager _
- _Drive the development of Business Plans relevant to each segment area. _
- _Drive the agreed budgeted growth through the Agricultural Reseller / Distribution Network _
- _Maintain and develop key overseas & local supplier relationships in conjunction with General Manager _
- _Identify new wholesale expansionary opportunities as well as maintaining key regional account relationships _

**_Requirements _**:
**_Education / Experience / Skills _**
- _Tertiary qualification in Agriculture or other relevant degree _
- _Advanced knowledge of the Australian Agricultural industry at all levels _
- _Solid experience in financial reporting _
- _Experience in development of Strategic Business Plans _
- _Convert the key corporate objectives of the company into actions that provide a successful fulfilment of objectives _
- _Engage the sales team to develop business plans with key suppliers / products that align with company objectives _
- _Develop supplier relationships that enhance the ability to offer a sustainable differential advantage _
- _Drive sales and profit performance in combination and support of GM, reseller / distribution entities (Corporate & Independent) as well as end users _
- _Exceptionally good communicator _
- _Elevated level of leadership skills _
- _Problem solving ability _
- _Attention to detail _
- _Ability to mentor _
- _Highly competitive _
