Our client, a renowned company in the graphic materials industry, specialises in creating high-quality, innovative printing materials with a global reach supported by numerous distribution partners and strategically located offices and warehouses.
As a National Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed annual sales and growth targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Train and manage distribution partners to drive channel success and expand revenue.
- Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with marketing objectives to grow market share.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and end-user accounts, providing excellent support and guidance.
- Prospect for new accounts and identify opportunities to increase market share in the region.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Technical teams to organise product training and workshops that address customer needs.
- Proven sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Holds a valid driver's license and passport.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, with a collaborative, win-win mindset.
- Able to manage the full sales process from prospecting to reporting.
- Professional, organised, and detail-oriented; committed to teamwork, and accountability.
- Based in Victoria with the flexibility to travel.
