We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Production Administrator within our Maritime Australia line of business based at our Osborne shipyard in Adelaide. This position reports into our Production Project Lead - Hunter Class Frigate Program who is responsible for overseeing the Administration function for the Hunter Operations team, ensuring that highly capable support is provided to Production and the broader Operations team.

**Your new role**:
The Production Administrator is responsible for providing administration support to the Production & Ship Management teams. In more specific terms you will:

- Provide administrative assistance in support of the daily, weekly and monthly tasks and working collaboratively with all levels of the Production & Ship Management teams
- Undertake diary and inbox management for Senior Production and Ship Management team members
- Organise travel for Operations team members in line with Company policy
- Complete monthly expense reconciliation in line with Company policy
- Assist the Production and Ship Management teams with administrative tasks related to their departmental functional responsibilities
- Provide administration support and maintenance of the time and attendance system
- Assist Senior Production and Ship Management team members with coordination of meetings including preparation of agendas, taking minutes, recording actions into the action tracker and distribution of meeting documentation
- Coordinate facilities maintenance requests
- Maintaining filing (i.e. general filing, technical procedures documents etc.) and coordinate through the various Production/Manufacturing departments
- Provide support with BMS document management and maintenance (Business Management System)
- Work to achieve performance measurement objectives
- Coordinate or assist with event management
- Coordinate and assist with on boarding of new employees, inductions, probation and training
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Production Project Lead, Head of Production and Head of Ship Management

- An ability to work and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Flexible with a can do attitude
- Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Suite along with SharePoint & Oracle (desirable)
- Hold current Baseline Security Clearance (desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar role

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
