**About the Role**
**Join our Administration team, delivering customer-focused service at the Hospital Front Office**. You will also:
- Perform **administrative tasks** such as customer inquiries, switchboard operation, bookings, filing, bed moves notation, health fund checks, patient admissions/discharge and reporting.
- Provide high-quality customer service to staff, patients and families.
- Maintain effective interpersonal relationships and collaborate within the team.
**About You**
**Success in this role requires professional administrative skills, ideally with health industry experience.**

- A positive and welcoming customer service skillset
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
- Experience with patient management systems (Meditech) will be highly regarded
- Any relevant administrative qualifications will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience working within a Medical setting
The flexibility to work a rotating roster, weekend and public holiday availability is essential. **Reception hours are 5:30am-10:00pm, 7 days per week.**
**Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $31.36 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances**
