- Be part of a fun, motivated and committed national team that meet virtually every day

- Get the opportunity to think and use your strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills and "read between the lines" to help gain an appreciation and understanding of the customer questions in an endeavour to solve them accurately and quickly
- Identify any customer insights to share with our development team to help with new software features that our customers will benefit from
- Assist our customers with creating their HR documents, job ads or placing of their ads on job boards accurately and promptly
- Exercise your recruitment expertise to onboarding our new customers and new users
- Spot new projects that you identify with that may challenge you too
- Use your skills to add value to improvement in internal processes, or simply provide customer insights to the team

You'll be willing to be cross-trained so that you can continue to grow and understand all aspects of Expr3ss to enable you to grow your skills and settle on your chosen career path.
