We are seeking a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our team, providing crucial support to our diverse clientele. **Responsibilities**.**:

- Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system

- Conduct routine system checks and diagnostics to proactively identify and resolve potential issues
