Talent International are currently recruiting for an experienced **Administrative Assistant** to work for one of our **NSW Government clients** based in **Milsons Point**. This position will be a **6 month initial contract** with the view to be extended and is paying between **$35-40 per hour plus superannuation.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the maintenance of diaries for senior management and the arrangement of meetings and training and travel requirements to support operational efficiency;
- Coordination of meetings including taking minutes and actions within set timeframe;
- Administering procurement activities, including raising purchase order requests for goods and services and reconciling and processing invoices for payment to meet operating needs and to comply with regulatory and legislative requirements;
- Manage and Monitor Office of ED Shared Mailbox & action requests;
- Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff when required;
- Coordinate the monthly Safety and Wellbeing Branch Newsletter;
- Maintain the branch MasterData file as changes occur;
- Actioning ad-hoc requests such as catering, training, "how to" guidance as well as providing back up for Executive Assistant when on leave;
- Creating and maintaining files and documents in compliance with records management procedures to ensure best practice in enabling information to be efficiently tracked, stored and retrieved.
