Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding Front Desk Team: Leading and motivating others through effective communication and interpersonal skills; promoting ethical decision-making and integrity; setting a positive example for the team.
  • Overseeing Guest Services and Front Desk Objectives: Managing daily operations to ensure quality standards and exceed customer expectations regularly.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Enhancing service quality by effectively understanding and addressing guest requirements, offering guidance, feedback, and individual coaching as necessary.
  • Supervising Projects and Procedures: Ensuring adherence to all Front Office policies, norms, and processes.

Requirements for Success:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Guest Services, Front Desk, or related field.
  • Degree from an accredited university in Hotel And Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline; no prior work experience necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and possess an open-minded approach.
