Supporting the Front Office Manager in overseeing front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk. Directing managers and employees to ensure an efficient check-in and check-out process, enhancing guest and employee satisfaction, and optimizing departmental financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Management of Front Desk Team: Leading, influencing, and encouraging others; promoting sound financial/business decision making; exemplifying honesty/integrity; setting a positive example.
- Monitoring and Supporting Progress Towards Guest Services and Front Desk Goals: Managing day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations consistently.
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service: Enhancing service quality by understanding guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching when necessary.
- Managing Projects and Policies: Ensuring adherence to all Front Office policies, standards, and procedures.

- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
