**Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in relevant field.
- Passion for Recruitment and a desire to grow within the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team members on specific tasks and duties.
- Assist in duties under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Participate in team meetings, providing valuable input and insights.
- Onboarding Support: Once an offer has been accepted, recruiters often provide support during the onboarding process to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles. This may include coordinating orientation sessions, providing information about company policies and procedures, and addressing any questions or concerns that new employees may have. By offering ongoing support, recruiters help to ensure that new hires feel welcomed and prepared to succeed in their new positions.
