**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience managing a team of minimum 4+
- Strong Administrative background
- Must have worked in the construction space, ideally for a residential builder
- A solid understanding of the construction process
- The ability to read and articulate contractual documents, plans and specifications
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
