This WA boutique law firm who specialise in Commercial legal services are based in West Perth and focus on a collaborative work environment and solutions.
**The Position**
As a Receptionist/Office Assistant you will be the face of the law firm presenting a professional first impression on the phone and in person.
The role will see you undertaking, but not limited to, the following duties:

- Managing a busy reception both via the telephone and meeting and greeting clients
- Office administration including filing
- Coordinating diaries and meeting rooms
- Attending to incoming and outgoing mail
- File management
- Liaising and assisting with solicitors, paralegal staff, and clients

To be considered for this opportunity, it is critical that you possess the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in administration, preferably legal experience
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients
