One of our client are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to cover for long service leave. The Administration Assistant is a key internal stakeholder in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day business within the Executive General Management Team. As the front face of Fremantle Ports, the Administration Assistant’s primary responsibility will be to assist the Operations team with purchase orders and general admin duties.

Key Duties:

- Raising purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Data entry
- Reception assistance
- Provide ad-hoc tasks as required

Ideally, we are seeking enthusiastic, professional applicants who possess:

- Intermediate-extensive administration experience
- Experience with all Microsoft Suite Programs
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Experience dealing with Senior Management and a professional nature
- Experience with Oracle Procurement modules
- Experience raising purchase orders and processing invoices is highly desirable
