**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to both the sales team and the clients. Ensuring the successful selling and installation of technology solutions and ongoing client satisfaction in the post-sales phase.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Provide high quality pre-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of sales targets
- Provide pre-sales technical support for the development of networking, security and cloud solutions
- Assist sales team in development of technology solutions and proposals
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product/services
- User requirement analysis reporting
- Prepare and provide demonstrations, presentations, consultation and sales support services
- Undertake tasks requiring technical analysis, diagnosis & solution design
- Assist with Post-Sales support where required

- You possess a go-getter attitude
- Previous experience in technology sales/engineering
- Offers solutions to problems
- Proven ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience in a way that is easy to understand
- Ability to generate, propose and present technical solutions
