About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team at Civica UK Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the expansion of our Library Management System in the Libraries sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the tender and bid processes within the Libraries sector
  • Assist the Sales Team by responding to functional and non-functional requirements
  • Orchestrate product demonstrations and serve as an expert on solutions
  • Provide high-level, value-driven demonstrations and assist in discovery sessions
  • Sharpen your skills in creating outstanding product demonstration videos
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of technical solutions
  • Proficiency in delivering solution presentations and demonstrations to clients
  • Creation of high-quality presales knowledge and materials
  • Strong communication and listening abilities, coupled with convincing presentation skills
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate within a team
  • Domain expertise in the educational/libraries sector
