**The Role**
As the Travel Co-Coordinator, you will work in the Defence Legal Travel Hub to support legal officers in arranging their official travel.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working, with limited direction, within Defence Legal to effectively deliver Travel coordination services within the Defence Travel Policies and Guidelines.
- Contributing to a culture of customer service excellence, striving to exceed customer expectations and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Contributing to a supportive and inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Informing officers of important information relating to travel by drawing on Defence travel policies, processes and systems.
- Booking travel using Whole of Australian Government travel services and suppliers.
- Adapting travel arrangements according to travellers’ needs through active listening and working collaboratively.
- Nurturing internal relationships to provide a quality travel service and respond to changing needs and expectations.
- Clearly presenting and maintaining information on the Legal Portal about the Travel Hub.
- Thinking laterally and identifying potential solutions for key problems that arise.
- Communicating and following direction from your supervisor to implement new processes resulting from changes to policies or procedures.
- Responding to Travel Hub mailbox enquiries within agreed priorities, in accordance with record-keeping and documentation procedures.
