Our client is a leading and global provider of critical infrastructure technologies and customised solutions for mission-critical infrastructures in the booming sectors such as Data Centres. They are in the growth trajectory, and they are seeking for an IT Channel Partner.
You will play a pivotal role in executing our client's IT Channel strategy across the Southern Region (VIC, TAS, WA & SA). You will build strong relationships with their strategic partners, IT Infrastructure Vendors and System Integrators, to drive market awareness and sales growth.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability through our client’s IT Channel network.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market reach and strengthen partner relationships.
- Identify new opportunities and maximise IT Channel business.
- Recruit new partners, ensuring adherence to onboarding procedures.
- Enable partners to win business for our client through certifications, demonstrations, and programs.
- Deliver compelling value propositions to partners based on their qualifications and involvement.
- Motivate key decision-makers within partner organisations to invest in our client's growth.
- Support partners in closing deals with customers, collaborating with vertical and account managers.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development/solution sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Deep understanding of IT distribution and channel markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Enthusiastic about technology and always learning.
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative work style.
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
- Full working rights in Australia.
