HR Partners at Westpac Group work closely with Heads of HR and senior business leaders to drive value at different stages of the employee life cycle including transformation, culture, employee engagement, reward, inclusion & diversity and organisational change.

Reporting into the Head of HR, Legal, CoSEc and HR Business Partnering, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to grow your career by delivering a range of critical, large-scale people and change initiatives.

You will find yourself engaging with leaders at all levels to make a real, tangible impact on the businesses you support. The HR Partner is a true 'business partner' role where you will be entrenched in the business and supported by centres of excellence to lead and deliver key HR and people initiatives.
