Administration Officer to help keep our projects and operations running smoothly.

The Role

This is a key support role where you'll be responsible for assisting the construction, sales, and management teams with day-to-day administrative duties. You'll thrive in a busy environment, love working with people, and take pride in keeping things well organised.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation including contracts, client files, and reports
  • Assist with job file setup and data entry into construction software
  • Answer phones, manage email correspondence and greet visitors
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars and office supplies
  • Support pre-construction and post-construction documentation processes
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed

About You:

  • Previous experience in an administration role (construction or real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working with construction or CRM software (e.g., Buildxact, Databuild, Monday.com)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
