We are a fast-growing residential building company specialising in investment homes, duplexes, and townhouses across Qld, NSW & SA. Our focus is delivering cost-effective, investor-grade housing solutions without compromising quality or speed. With a strong pipeline of repeat clients and aggregator partnerships, we're looking to expand our dynamic team.

The Role

As our Sales Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and timely sales estimates and tender pricing for investment properties. You'll work closely with our sales and drafting teams to ensure clients receive competitive, clearly scoped quotes that support decision-making and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed sales estimates and BOQs from concept drawings
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for pricing updates
  • Ensure all inclusions, exclusions and client variations are accurately captured
  • Support the sales team with tender documentation and pricing breakdowns
  • Maintain and update price files and estimator tools
  • Assist in value engineering to meet investor budgets and ROI targets

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Estimator (preferably with an investment builder or volume builder)
  • Solid understanding of residential construction and building codes
  • Proficient with estimating software Databuild
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
