Lead Residential Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled construction professional to lead a specialist team delivering multi-storey residential apartments in the Gold Coast, South Brisbane, Ipswich, and Moreton Bay regions.
About the Role- This newly created construction management position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and grow a specialist building construction team.
- Scale an efficient, repeatable model for build-to-hold apartment projects and drive business growth.
- Oversee all facets of project delivery from pre-construction to handover, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Build and manage a high-performing team including project management, contracts administration, site management and safety specialists.
- Foster strong local relationships with subcontractors, trades and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.
- Guide projects to market, informed by local research and buyer trends to maximize sales potential.
- You must possess an Open Builder's Licence (medium to high-rise residential construction) and a minimum 10 years' industry experience, including 5 years in a leadership/management role.
- Proven expertise in building medium to high-density apartment projects in SE QLD is essential.
