About the Opportunity:
With the ongoing expansion of major projects in Northern Tasmania, this is a great chance for experienced Project Managers to take the lead in managing large-scale commercial construction projects. About the Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, your role will be dynamic and varied. You will be responsible for:

The Ideal Applicant:
We are seeking experienced Project Managers who have a proven track record in managing multimillion-dollar commercial projects. You should be a natural leader with the ability to manage multiple sites and teams, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and quality.
Essential Qualifications/Certifications:
- A Diploma in Building and Construction, Business Management, or Project Management
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction project management or a similar role
- Proven ability to analyse, evaluate, and interpret plans, contracts, and tender documents
- High attention to detail with excellent computer skills, including proficiency in specialised software and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in the commercial construction industry is essential
