The Role

We're looking for multiple hands-on Project Managers to join our Tasmanian team, based in Launceston and on the East Coast. These roles are unique 50% on the tools, 50% on-site project managing. You'll be the bridge between build and leadership, delivering projects that run like clockwork.

  • Work alongside and direct subcontractors to keep schedules tight and quality world-class.
  • Stay on the tools to ensure projects flow smoothly while managing progress, safety, and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain workflows that protect profit, reduce waste, and keep teams performing at their peak.
