- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality management systems.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants on technical matters.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2–4 years' post-graduate engineering experience in civil construction.
- Demonstrated capability in road, dam, irrigation, mining, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to interpret drawings and manage site documentation.
- Working knowledge of WHS requirements and compliance processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to project management software.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
- Highly regarded: Professional registration with Engineers Australia, First Aid/CPR, and Tasmanian project exposure.
Why Join Shaw?
- Generous leave provisions – more time for life outside work.
- Professional development & training – build your career with ongoing support.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – confidential wellbeing support.
- Strong safety-first culture – Zero Harm is our commitment.
