We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Supervisor/Project Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting oportunity to oversee and manage commercial projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise commercial projects, coordinating all stages from inception to completion.
  • Oversee onsite operations, shopfitters, and suppliers to ensue safe and effecient delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules and resources to meet client and company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and team members to maintain strong relationships.

About You:

  • Proven experience in commercial project management or site supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts and industry standards.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in the Glass & Aluminium Industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction/project management (preferred).
